I sit with the founder, the head of sales, customer support, and anyone who talks to buyers. I read everything: the data, the docs, the deck. No recommendations yet.

02Week 3

Diagnosis, written down.

A document that says what is actually working, what is not, what the next 90 days should look like, and what I think we should stop doing. Disagreement welcome.

03Week 4

Operating cadence in place.
